DEPOSIT POLICY:
Deposit can be made by mail or by phone when
availability is confirmed. The deposit
down required is half of lodging charge for all rentals,
regardless of length of stay to make
a reservation official.
Deposits are accepted by Personal Check, Money
Order, Visa or Master Card. We do not accept
Discover or American Express. If you
must cancel, your deposit less a $50 service
charge will be returned IF we can re-rent your
unit for the entire period reserved with a new
reservation.
